1. About Slashia
Slashia is a free restaurant-discovery service that helps diners in Dubai find restaurants by vibe and see the deals available — including which app, card or programme unlocks each one. We are a discovery service; we are not the restaurant, and we do not process bookings or payments.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Slashia surfaces information about venues that serve alcohol; this is provided for informational purposes only and is not an endorsement or offer to sell alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. Our recommendation ranking deprioritizes alcohol-serving venues for accounts with a registered date of birth under 21, but you remain responsible for complying with local age and licensing laws when visiting any venue.
3. Your account
Signing in requires a mobile number and a one-time SMS passcode. You're responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure, since it's how we verify it's you. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see our Privacy policy for how.
4. Deals and accuracy
We work to keep deals accurate and current, but offers are set and honoured by the restaurants and their partner programmes, and can change or end without notice. Always confirm the offer, terms and eligibility with the restaurant before you visit. Slashia is not liable for a deal that is unavailable, withdrawn or different from what is shown.
5. Bookings
Booking requests are made directly with the restaurant (for example via WhatsApp). Any reservation, cancellation or payment is a matter between you and the restaurant.
6. Acceptable use
Use Slashia for your own personal, non-commercial restaurant discovery. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, impersonate another person, or scrape or copy its content without permission. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Slashia is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any restaurant, deal, or third-party service linked from the app (including WhatsApp, Google Maps, or a partner programme). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (which, for our free service, is zero).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Slashia will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
