Community rules

Reviews help members find good restaurants and offers that actually work. To keep them useful and safe:

1. Only review places you've been to, and share your honest experience of the food, the place and the offer.
2. Be respectful. No insults, hate speech, harassment, threats or sexual content.
3. No ads, links, phone numbers or promotion of other businesses.
4. Don't post anyone's personal information, including your own.
5. Restaurant staff and owners shouldn't review their own venue.

Reporting and blocking

Anyone can report a review or reply from the app, and you can block a member so you no longer see their content. Our team reviews reports, usually within 24 hours, and removes content that breaks these rules. Members who keep breaking them lose the ability to post.

What's shown publicly

Your first name, your review and replies, and when you posted. Your phone number is never shown. You can delete your own reviews and replies at any time in the app.
